This is an absolutely awful company to deal with. They have been selling out of date products and refuse to issue a refund. I have purchased full price products and been sent items which were all out of date. Vapemate replaced them with more out of date products. Their customer service is appalling as it takes them a week to reply to a message. Stay well clear of this company as they are experts at charging full price and fulfilling orders with out of date products.

Website shows stock then they don't email to tell you it's out of stock! And then tell you you've been refunded that can take 3-5 working days!!
Maybe time to just try elsewhere!

I ordered some flavours from them over a week ago and i got an email saying order has been confirmed however still no sign of my order arriving and i have emailed them many times and have had no response. Wont be ordering from them again

I have been with Vapemate for years and I can't believe how much the service has declined in the last few months. I placed two orders weeks ago, both orders sent were only part shipped. Waited weeks for balance and then emailed Stacey, my balance had been shipped. In fact only one of orders shipped so I have emailed four times and no response. It was such a great customer service in the past, but another customer lost, well two as I order for hubby too. Vapemate you need to wake up before it's too late and address these problems

Made an order almost 3 weeks ago. Part of it arrived very quickly with the rest of it due to be delivered later. Time passes by and nothing. Contacted them 3 times asking about the order and zero response from them. Loads of competitors out there. Won't be buying from them again, which is a shame. Love their stuff, but just can't trust them.

Had a small issue with an order stating as cancelled but sorted within one simple phone call. Spoke to an advisor who informed me of the fact they were having to move site very quickly due to issues with the local council. Anyway amazing and friendly service. I’ve been using vapemate for years and will continue to do so!

There have been some troubles at Vapemate for a little while now. However, that seems to be down to them shifting offices, warehouse, owners etc.

They've righted their wrongs and are looking to return back to the respectable company that I've used for years. Which is nice to know.

I don't recommend placing any orders with this shop. They need 24h to dispatch 1st class parcel. In every shop which care about customers, they send orders placed in the early afternoon on the same day but not this one. I paid for first class which is always delivered to me next day so why I should pay double for courier?!?!?! If you don't want to deliver great customer service it's your choice. I don't want to have anything with this shop.

I placed and paid for my order 7 days ago and received order confirmation.
Since then I've heard nothing regarding dispatch etc and despite my contacting the customer services department 2 days ago, have still received no communication.
I have now requested a refund...
Update ... I was eventually contacted by the company who were apologetic and straight away refunded me.

Vapemate.co.uk are simply the best online store for all your vaping needs. There loyalty programme is excellent and saves me alot of money. Delivery is always on time and without problems. On the couple of occasions I have needed to contact them by phone the customer service team is very polite and professional and go out of there way to help you out. I would highly recommend them as a business and appreciate the high quality of the products they sell.

I love buying my Vape goodies at Vapemate. Always good products, whether hardware or consumables, and their delivery times are second to none. The consistency of their vape juices is spot on & regular price cuts and offers keep the deal sweet. Shopped with them for four years now and never had a complaint.

I've been trying to give up smoking for years,using many different products to no avail. After reading up on the Vapemate Pocket Pod, I thought I'd give it a go, I've been using it for a couple of months now, I've finally given up smoking... woohoo.
It's a great little pocket pod, no messing with changing coils, just replace the pod when needed (I've found every 4 weeks is necessary). The battery and the 2ml refillable pod last the day, so happy vaping.
Great product, value for money and easy to use.

I would recommend vape mate for all your vape needs the e liquid is excellent the flavours are great plus the customer service is the best ever always polite and very helpful and I’ve never had a late delivery always on time and would give 20 stars if I could there reasonable prices and even give you rewards after purchase to save on the next order. Highly recommend a must

I have been a Vapemate customer for some time now and my regular purchase is the VM tobacco. I usually buy approx 14 bottles to get the free delivery option and it arrives in sufficient time.
I use Vapemate as it is slightly cheaper than my local vaping shop and they also do fantastic offers.
There is a very large selection of different flavours of liquid, I've just never been brave enough to try any than my regular flavour but the option is there.

I have been using Vapemate for years and I recommend them to everyone I talk to about vaping. Their service is second to none and on the very rare occasion that I’ve had a problem they have dealt with it professionally and quickly.
The liquid are high quality and in my opinion better than in the shops on the High Street.
The only question I’ve ever had is why wouldn’t you use Vapemate it’s that simple
